Service Description
Your level of mental and physical fitness requires specific attention and tailoring. So, there are no 'cookie cutter' fitness plans here. Meet with Coach Elizabeth Kaufman, share about yourself and fitness goals you wish to obtain, and, together, develop a plan of action. During this session, you will discuss: - whether you wish to be online/in-person/ or hybrid coached - specific training goals (ie. weight loss, marathon, future military service preparation, muscle gain, mobility, etc.) - history of injuries, weaknesses, concerns General pricing can be found on the 'Pricing' page, but will be determined by your specific needs, frequency, and other variables. Single Training Sessions are also available and still require a consultation for proper preparation of your training. If you're ready to invest 100% effort, we will give back 110% in our dedicated support and guidance.
