To change yourself,
you must first know yourself.

By completing this training, you are choosing to immerse yourself in a practice that most people are too afraid to try. This training can’t be ‘shown off’ and no one will cheer you on or applaud you.
It’s quiet.
You will learn to reclaim something that was always yours: your attention.
You will learn how to be in your own presence, to notice without reaction, and to observe the mind without judgement. The silence that brings up old thoughts, stories, judgment, restlessness, fear, boredom, and resistance will become more manageable and used for your betterment.
It’s possible you will feel the urge to quit, to scroll, to busy yourself, to tell yourself this isn’t working. That urge is the training.
Fight through it. Keep showing up.
Release the idea of doing this perfectly. Release the need for immediate results. Release the expectation that it will feel good every day.
Instead, commit to the quiet and meeting yourself fully.
This is not soft work.
This is the work that makes you unshakeable for the life that doesn’t give us countdowns.
